This virtual event takes place 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST with presentations by authors, book designers, publishers, and other industry professionals. Conference attendees will have access to panel discussions, genre-specific breakout sessions, and pitch and networking opportunities. Sessions will cover a wide range of topics of interest to indie authors, including building readership, marketing and distribution strategies, copyright law, and book design. Founded in 1970, the Editorial Freelancers Association is a national nonprofit professional organization with approximately 3,000 members, including writers, editors, copy editors, proofreaders, indexers, translators and others who work in publishing, communications, and related fields.
