INVERNESS, Fla. - s4story -- The Pet Professional Guild (PPG) is proud to announce the appointment of two dedicated leaders to its divisional chair positions, effective immediately. Jennifer Van Valkenburg, CFTBS Animal Behavior Institute, has been appointed as the Chair of the Feline Division. Kat Frizzell, PFACCI, CPPS, FFCP, has been appointed as the Chair of the Pet Care Division. These appointments reinforce PPG's commitment to providing expert-led, science-based, and force-free resources across all sectors of the pet care industry.

"I can't wait to begin my time as the PPG Feline Division Chair," states Jennifer Van Valkenburg about the responsibility of overseeing and leading the strategic direction for feline-specific initiatives. Her expertise will be instrumental in expanding the Guild's educational outreach and advocacy for feline behavior and welfare, ensuring that cat professionals and guardians alike have access to the highest standards of ethical care. Kat Frizzell will take over the leadership of the Pet Care Division, focusing on the standards, safety, and professional development of pet sitters, dog walkers, groomers, and other pet care providers.
