Tim Tompkins Joins Flagler OARS Board of Directors

BUNNELL, Fla. - s4story -- OARS (Open Arms Recovery Services) is excited to welcome Tim Tompkins to its Board of Directors. Tompkins is the Owner and Chief Marketing Officer of Tompkins PPC, a boutique digital agency based in St. Augustine, Florida, specializing in high-stakes digital advertising campaigns and performance marketing.
In his role with Flagler OARS, Tompkins will support the organization's strategic growth and community impact efforts, bringing expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign performance to help expand awareness of recovery resources and strengthen community engagement.
"I've worked with a lot of organizations where the mission matters and the margin matters," Tompkins said. "My clients trust me to help them make payroll, and I don't take that lightly. I'm honored to bring that same level of care and accountability to Flagler OARS—helping more people find the support they need and making sure the organization's message reaches the community clearly."

About Flagler OARS
Flagler OARS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education, support, and peer services to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder in Flagler County. Through compassion, community engagement, and evidence-based programming, Flagler OARS works to create a stigma-free environment that fosters long-term recovery and hope.
Flagler OARS currently distributes over 400 boxes of Narcan monthly and provides a variety of recovery support groups throughout Flagler County. The organization continues to work with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to expand recovery-friendly initiatives countywide. For the month of June, 2025, they provided support to 361 individuals, distributed 5,496 Narcan doses, participated in 52 events and hosted/coordinated an additional 34 events - totalling 431.75 hours - and facilitated 20 groups - fostering connection and healing.
