Release: Triumph Donnelly Studios LLC Legal has sent Legal Notice of Intended Suit against Two Employees and their Parent Company Travel and Leisure Group, a Florida based Corporation for (libel) and character defamation upon a Senior in Arizona to a third party as a Florida State Official Office in Florida that makes complaints public as in respondents response to said complaint. The Senior in Arizona was and is a Timeshare Member of Travel and Leisure Group that has been threatened, unethical business practices, deceptive business practices, libel and character defamation, deceptive sales and marketing tactics, non communications, failure to refund $14,300.00 and much more upon the Senior in Arizona. The Senior initially contacted Travel and Leisure Group to request a full refund of $14,300.00, denied, the cancellation of the perpetual for life contractual agreement, no communications, denied. As the Agent Attorney in Fact for said Senior in Arizona, our office made several email attempts to their General Counsel and their Exec Consumer Relations Officer, non communications.  Even was offered a Settlement Agreement which again no communications from Travel and Leisure Group  and the Two now Defendant's.

Since the Two Employees and their parent Company refuse to communicate, agree to the Settlement Offer, the case is now being prepared for May 2026 filing in an Arizona Court of proper venue and jurisdiction for $14,300.00, emotional distress, mental anguish, character defamation (libel) non communications, punitive damages and pain & suffering. The names of the Two Employees shall be released to the Press if asked along with Travel and Leisure Group Co. Timeshare Consumers beware of this Company Travel and Leisure Group.
