Urban Poets Celebrates a Successful End-of-Year Fundraiser Concert Supporting Atlanta Youth
S For Story/10680800
ATLANTA - s4story -- Urban Poets successfully concluded its End-of-Year Fundraiser Concert on Tuesday, December 16, at The Vick at Healey, bringing together artists, supporters, and community members for an unforgettable night of music, creativity, and purpose.
The free, RSVP-based event drew a strong audience and raised awareness and funds for The Urban Art Collab, Urban Poets' free music and arts program serving Atlanta youth. The evening celebrated four years of providing accessible creative programming to young people across the city.
The concert featured powerful performances by Caleb Hensinger, Thea Jones, Rare Epiphany, Jhai, E. Scott, and Terendon, each delivering dynamic sets that reflected Atlanta's diverse and soulful music scene. DJ Goldn Dream, alongside a live band, curated a rich sonic experience that elevated the atmosphere throughout the night.
A standout moment of the evening came with a surprise performance by Dakota, a former Urban Art Collab student, whose return to the stage served as a moving reminder of the program's lasting impact and commitment to nurturing young talent beyond the classroom.

"This event was more than a concert, it was a reflection of what happens when community invests in creativity," said Urban Poets organizers. "Seeing our artists, supporters, and former students share the same stage reaffirmed why this work matters."
In addition to professional artists, Dakota, a former high school participant from the Urban Art Collab also performed, giving attendees a firsthand look at how community support directly fuels youth development through the arts.
Urban Poets extends heartfelt thanks to the performers, volunteers, venue partners, and every attendee who helped make the night a success. Proceeds from the event will directly support the continued growth of the Urban Art Collab program in the coming year.
