Women in eDiscovery Appoints Rebecca Bishop to Newly Created Global Leadership Role

MINNEAPOLIS - s4story -- Women in eDiscovery, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women in legal technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Bishop as its inaugural director of regional collaboration and leadership advancement. This newly created role reflects WiE's continued commitment to strengthening chapter support, enhancing leadership development and fostering deeper collaboration across its global network.
In this role, Bishop will lead initiatives that elevate chapter operations, streamline communication across regions and provide strategic guidance to volunteer leaders. Her work will focus on building a more connected, empowered and sustainable leadership structure for WiE's global community.
A dedicated WiE leader for nearly two decades, Bishop has served as north central regional director since 2017 and held multiple board roles within the Iowa chapter from 2009 to 2017. A senior paralegal at Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield with more than 25 years of experience, she is recognized for her thoughtful mentorship, operational excellence and passion for community building. As regional director, she strengthened chapter engagement, supported board development and championed cross-chapter collaboration.
