ACQHer Academy Launches as First Training and Certification Program for Revenue Systems Partners

Founder Marienna Mercedes introduces a new professional category designed to give women a path to recurring income without requiring an social media audience or personal brand
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - s4story -- Jacksonville, Florida — ACQHer Academy, founded by entrepreneur and systems architect Marienna Mercedes Joiner, today announced its official launch as the first dedicated training and certification program for Revenue Systems Partners (RSPs) — a professional category positioned at the intersection of the creator economy, AI-powered business operations, and performance-based revenue partnerships.
The Revenue Systems Partner model addresses a documented gap in the creator economy, valued by Goldman Sachs Research at approximately $250 billion today with projections approaching $480 billion by 2027. Despite this scale, Goldman Sachs notes that only approximately 4% of creators currently earn over $100,000 annually — a gap driven by the operational and systems complexity that most creators lack the expertise to address. ACQHer Academy trains women to fill this gap as embedded revenue operators, building and managing the lead generation, CRM, sales, and automation systems their partner businesses need — in exchange for ongoing revenue share rather than flat fees.

"The creator economy is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world, and most of the people inside it are leaving significant money on the table because they don't have the systems infrastructure to convert their audience into consistent revenue," said Marienna Mercedes, founder of ACQHer Academy. "A Revenue Systems Partner is the professional who builds that infrastructure — and gets paid like a partner, not a freelancer. I built ACQHer because this profession needed a home, and because women deserve access to wealth-building models that don't require them to become influencers or sacrifice their time."
ACQHer Academy's curriculum is structured across five phases covering RSP foundations, revenue systems architecture, growth strategy, AI implementation, and client acquisition — designed to take a student from foundational knowledge to active revenue-share partnerships. The program is available at two enrollment tiers: a community and curriculum access option and a full 120-day mentorship program with one-on-one coaching.

Marienna brings more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience to the program, including the direct implementation of systems, automations, and marketing frameworks across more than 300 businesses spanning multiple industries. She is a 2024 recipient of the Global Recognition Award for Innovative Business, has been featured in Forbes, and was named among the Top 100 Women in Power in 2025.
