This elegant, five-course dining experience will be hosted on September 19 at 6:30 p.m. in Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge's European-inspired ambiance. Each dish presented throughout the night will be followed by an expertly paired wine selection.

The first course will begin the night with passed hors d'oeuvres including Bacon, Blue Cheese, and Mushroom Puff Pastries, and Citrus-Cured Scallops in Strawberry-Pineapple Salsa. A glass of Verterra Rose of Pinot Noir will accompany the first round of cuisine.

Following the hors d'oeuvres, a Pineapple & Apple Glazed Halibut with Arugula Salad, Shaved Onion, Feta, Pineapple Glass, and Tangerine Vinaigrette will be presented alongside a glass of Verterra Unoaked Chardonnay. The third course of the evening will be a Smoked Melon Prosciutto Pinwheel and Fresh Mozzarella Pinwheel harmoniously complemented by Verterra Chaos White & Verterra Pinto Grigio.

Succeeding the third course, Bavarian Inn will present a Cold Smoked Rack of Lamb, Cherry Jam Chutney, Cherry Rosemary Wine Gelee, Blue Cheese Souffle, Broccoli Pesto Tagliatelle, and Smoked Pecorino paired with Verterra Chaos Red. The final course of the night will begin with Verterra Late Harvest Riesling, accompanied by Wine Infused Pineapple Hot Chocolate Custard, Marshmallow, Waffle Cone Crumble, and Flamed Chocolate Sauce, ensuring a sweet finale to an unforgettable night.
