New Executive Protocol Cohort Equips Arizona Technology Leaders to Close the Strategy-Execution Gap
PHOENIX - s4story -- The Arizona Technology Council today announced a new strategic partnership with JetStream Advisors, a global leader in business transformation and leadership integration, to offer the JetStreamWay™ Executive Protocol Cohort to Arizona's technology executives.
"The pace of growth in Arizona's technology sector demands leaders who can align strategy, systems and people simultaneously," said Steven G. Zylstra, the Council's president and CEO. "This partnership gives our members access to a proven executive framework while reinforcing collaboration and collective leadership across the state."
Designed to support leaders navigating growth, transition and increasing complexity, the cohort provides a rigorous, execution-focused operating system that helps participants translate strategy into measurable results. Through a cohort-based format, leaders from across Arizona's technology ecosystem will engage in shared learning, peer alignment, and real-time application to address common regional and organizational challenges.

"The Executive Protocol Cohort is designed for leaders who are tired of treating symptoms and ready to solve root causes," said Jacque McCormack, MSLOD PCC co-founder, executive coach, JetStream Advisors. "In the technology sector, the distance between 'emerging' and 'obsolete' is measured by execution velocity. By triangulating leadership behavior, organizational culture, and operational systems, we provide Arizona's tech leaders with the forensic data they need to close the gap between their strategy and their execution. We don't just fix the pilot; we upgrade the entire airframe."
The Executive Protocol Cohort is built around JetStream Advisors' Dual Transformation Imperative, guiding leaders to strengthen both enterprise systems and leadership capabilities. Participants complete an intensive six-week sprint that includes personalized assessments, executive blueprints, terrain mapping and a customized 100-day impact agenda followed by consulting and coaching support every two weeks for 90-days.

As an exclusive member benefit, Council members receive a 40% discount on the program fee. In addition, 10% of all proceeds will be reinvested directly into the Council to support expanded programming and continued growth of Arizona's technology ecosystem.
The first Executive Protocol Cohort will run March 2 through July 10, 2026. The program is designed for both newly appointed executives and seasoned leaders seeking to scale their impact and organizational effectiveness.
