S For Story/10581682
Newport Beach personal injury law firm Bisnar Chase recently welcomed Paul Dagostino to its litigation team. Dagostino's practice focuses on mass tort, class action and product liability cases. He was a member of the trial team that secured a $417-million jury verdict against Johnson & Johnson for a woman who was diagnosed with terminal ovarian cancer after using the company's talcum powder products.
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - s4story -- Paul Dagostino, an experienced plaintiff's trial lawyer who has successfully handled high-profile mass tort, class action and product liability cases, is the newest member of Bisnar Chase's litigation team. Dagostino has distinguished himself when it comes to large-scale litigation and representing clients in cases involving catastrophic and traumatic injuries and wrongful death.
Dagostino said he is excited to join Bisnar Chase, a firm, which has a strong reputation not just for its outstanding results, but also for doing the work that makes an impact on people's lives as well as policies and laws that affect everyone. The firm's mission lines up perfectly with his own passion to help people during challenging times, he said.

"I really enjoy being able to help people who are going through extremely difficult times," Dagostino said. "Helping victims receive compensation for their injuries so they can pay for medical care or anything they need to make their life a little easier, is very rewarding. It feels really good to be able to make a positive impact on people's lives."
Dagostino's experience and stellar track record fighting for individuals and families that have endured severe trauma and hardship are commendable and extremely valuable to Bisnar Chase's litigation team, said Senior Partner Brian Chase.
"He is clearly a skilled litigator with a passion for pursuing justice for victims of negligence," he said. "We are very excited to have Paul as part of our team."
Chase pointed to Dagostino's invaluable experience handling high-stakes cases. Dagostino was part of the trial team that secured a $417-million jury verdict against Johnson & Johnson for a woman who was diagnosed with terminal ovarian cancer after using the company's talcum powder products. He was also a member of a litigation team that reached a $16-million settlement for a young girl who was hit by a car in a crosswalk while she was walking to school.
Born and raised in Orange County, Dagostino received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, graduating cum laude and earning a Merit Scholarship to study law at the University of Southern California's (USC) Gould School of Law. While earning his law degree at USC, Paul gained experience serving as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, Criminal Division. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2014.
