Chase pointed to Dagostino's invaluable experience handling high-stakes cases. Dagostino was part of the trial team that secured a $417-million jury verdict against Johnson & Johnson for a woman who was diagnosed with terminal ovarian cancer after using the company's talcum powder products. He was also a member of a litigation team that reached a $16-million settlement for a young girl who was hit by a car in a crosswalk while she was walking to school.

Born and raised in Orange County, Dagostino received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, graduating cum laude and earning a Merit Scholarship to study law at the University of Southern California's (USC) Gould School of Law. While earning his law degree at USC, Paul gained experience serving as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, Criminal Division. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2014.
