Author pens second novel in critically acclaimed Myrtle Beach mystery series
S For Story/10501846
The author of the award-winning first book of the Myrtle Beach Mystery Series, Death on the Boardwalk, is back with Book 2: Death Washes Ashore this December.
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - s4story -- Franklin/Kerr Press is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of Caleb Wygal's continuation of this exciting series that has left readers all around the Grand Strand and fans of Myrtle Beach wanting more. Death Washes Ashore picks up immediately after the events of Death on the Boardwalk.
"After Death on the Boardwalk released this past February," Wygal says, "I was bombarded with messages and reviews from readers about how much they loved the book and eagerly awaited the next in the series. With the second entry into the series, t took elements of what they said they loved about the first book, such as the various recognizable landmarks around Myrtle Beach, and upped the ante."

The book will be Wygal's sixth overall, and he is already hard at work on the third book in the series, Death on the Golden Mile.
Death on the Boardwalk won the Pinnacle Achievement Award for Best Mystery while a review in Grand Strand Magazine lauded the book as "a must-read for Myrtle Beach locals and mystery lovers alike." (August 2021)
"With the success of the first book in Caleb's new Myrtle Beach Mystery series we know his fans are going to enjoy Death Washes Ashore and those to come after," Jordon Greene, owner of Franklin/Kerr Press said.
