Bay Street Yard to host St. Patrick's Day festivities

FORT MYERS, Fla. - s4story -- Bay Street Yard is tapping into the luck of the Irish with a weekend of St. Patrick's Day celebrations.
The party kicks off on Saturday, March 14 with a bar crawl that winds through downtown Fort Myers. The bar-hopping fun includes a featured stop at Bay Street Yard from 7 to 10 p.m. for green drinks, music and festive cheer.
On Sunday, March 15, the St. Patrick's Day Block Party will pour out onto Bay Street from 2 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. with food, drinks and a live performance from New Monarchy at 5 p.m., followed by DJ Ian Kelley at 9 p.m. Green-themed drink specials range from $8 to $12 and include the Sour Leprechaun, a sour whiskey cocktail with Jameson, sour apple, lime and Sprite; Patrick's Gold, featuring Tito's, Midori, simple syrup, lime and ginger ale; and the Lucky Crown, a Crown Apple shot with Midori, lime and vanilla.
On Tuesday, March 17, the party will continue at Bay Street Yard with themed drink specials from 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. and tunes from DJ Julz at 9:30 p.m.
