Love Is A Verb was collaborated on with well known LA based producer, Jonny On The Rocks (JOTR), who has worked with Prince & LL Cool J. Both Benjamin Hey! & Jonny had the honor of collaborating with Laverne Cox on her 2018 Billboard Clubplay dance smash..."Beat For The Gods."

The title of the song was inspired by a quote from the M. Scott Peck book "The Road Less Traveled." The sound of "Love Is A Verb" can be described as trap-soul, similar to the likes of R&B contemporaries Chris Brown, Jacquees & Bryson Tiller. The song can easily fit into any urban rhythmic formatted playlist with its heavy bass synth and pulsing percussion.

On the song, the tenor pours his heart out in an attempt to rescue a long suffering relationship. His powerhouse vocal performance reflects the frustration of a disconnected love at a crossroad.

The visual, filmed in Hollywood Hills, CA.... taps into Benjamin Hey's acting background. He plays the role of a therapist attempting to repair the turbulent relationships of two separate couples.

"Love Is A Verb" will be the sixth visual released from the LAX album. Benjamin will release visuals for all 14 songs of the album. A positive review from Instinct Magazine, calls his ambition for LAX....Beyonce 2.0.
