ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - s4story -- The St. Augustine branch office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is on the move. The Northeast Florida Real Estate firm has announced it is relocating its St. Augustine branch office, currently located in the SeaGrove Town Center, to a new prominent location in Anastasia Plaza.
The new office will be located at 1053 A1A Beach Boulevard, St. Augustine Beach, Fla., 32080. Anastasia Plaza is anchored by a Publix and offers a mix of dining and shopping options.
"We are thrilled about our upcoming move to a vibrant new location in the heart of St. Augustine Beach," said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty President Ann King. "We have seen tremendous growth in St. Johns County, and our new St. Augustine office will provide an exceptional client experience and an open, contemporary design that is well suited for collaboration and efficiency. Construction of the new 2,400-square-foot office is underway. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty expects to move into the new location in mid-October and host a public grand opening celebration before the end of the year. The general contractor is Mediterranean Design & Development, which has also provided commercial construction services to the company's Atlantic Beach and Fleming Island branch offices.
