Carvia's VDP Tool Helps Dealers Convert More of the Traffic They Already Pay For

S For Story/10703365
The VIN-based tool answers shopper questions directly on the vehicle detail page instead of sending buyers elsewhere to research; pilot dealers Lavery Automotive and Heiser Ford posted double-digit gains in lead forms, conversions, and time on page.

NAPLES, Fla. - s4story -- Carvia, Inc. today shared results from two dealer pilots of its vehicle detail page (VDP) tool, which puts VIN-level vehicle intelligence directly on a dealer's own listing so shoppers get answers before they leave to search elsewhere.

Most VDPs show specs, photos, and a PDF. Carvia's tool adds plain-language context on top of that: pricing, ownership and maintenance outlook, and buyer-fit guidance, specific to the VIN on the page. It installs as a lightweight snippet on any dealer site or CMS, with no rebuild required. The company describes its mission as "getting more from the traffic you already pay for."

Recent product updates extend that guidance further. Buyer-Fit Insights, released in February 2026, added MSRP-grounded valuations and fit guidance for new inventory, not just used. Estimated Remaining Warranty Coverage, released this month, surfaces factory warranty terms on the VDP itself. A new Client Dashboard, also released this month, shows dealers what shoppers are researching, and when. Carvia also offers a free VDP Audit tool that scores any dealer listing page for buyer-centric clarity.

At Lavery Automotive, a matched 30-day pre/post window showed lead form submissions up 75 percent, from 12 to 21, and total conversions up 20 percent, from 612 to 737. Average VDP session duration rose 43 percent, from 92.5 seconds to 132.0 seconds. "This is data no one else has on their VDPs," said Lindsay Lavery of Lavery Automotive Sales & Service. "We feel like it gives us a genuine competitive advantage, and the numbers are backing that up."

At Heiser Ford, median VDP session duration rose 31 percent, from 83.9 seconds to 110.2 seconds, and sitewide engagement climbed to 85.7 percent, above the 61 to 72 percent range typically cited for automotive sites (Semrush/Databox, WebFX benchmarks).

Carvia measures every pilot with the same matched pre/post GA4 methodology, published at carvia.ai/our-data, so dealers can check the numbers themselves rather than take an engagement claim on faith.

Dealers can install Carvia on a VDP in days, with no site rebuild, and see results for their own inventory within one measurement window. More at carvia.ai.
