Centrix Earns "Recommended by Mensa Mind Games®" Designation
S For Story/10698206
The rotating 3D social board game that's redefining tabletop play wins over Mensa's toughest judges
TORONTO - s4story -- Analog Game Studios is thrilled to announce that Centrix, its genre-defying social board game earned the coveted "Recommended by Mensa Mind Games®" designation, a rare honour reserved for games that capture the imagination of some of the sharpest minds in the world.
The designation is awarded to games that stood out to Mensa's member judges during the annual Mind Games® competition, as titles they genuinely loved and recommend, recognizing engaging gameplay and broad appeal among discerning players. For a game built entirely around spatial reasoning and intuitive thinking on a game board that changes continuously beneath your fingertips, this is the ultimate validation.
Structured around a seven-level terraced pyramid, powered by six independently rotatable rings, Centrix transforms every turn into a live puzzle where the board itself becomes your opponent. Designed by Corey Myckan and Richard MacRae and published by Analog Game Studios, Centrix challenges 2 to 6 players to out-think, out-maneuver and out-spin their way to the top and no two games ever play the same way twice.

"We're honoured to receive this recognition from American Mensa," said Richard MacRae, President and Publisher at Analog Game Studios. "Designing Centrix was all about creating a game that's easy to learn, rewarding to master and unlike anything else on the table; it's bold, it's original, and it rewards intuitive strategic thinking. Having Mensa Mind Games' judges evaluate Centrix and recommend it, is wonderful validation of the experience we set out to create."
The Mensa honour caps off a breakout year for Centrix, which claimed the Sparks Play Strategy Toy and Game award and launched internationally with Yaofish, a leading Chinese publisher, releasing a Chinese edition titled 环环争先 this July.
