SOMERS POINT, NJ — Chartertech High School for the Performing Arts will host an Open House on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 6PM, inviting prospective students and families to experience South Jersey's only tuition-free public high school dedicated exclusively to the performing arts.
The event will take place at Chartertech, located at 413 New Road, beginning at 6:00 PM. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the facility, meet teachers and current students, and learn about the school's unique programs in Animation, Film, Dance, Vocal Music, Instrumental Music, Musical Theatre, and its newest major, Fine Arts, launching in the 2026–2027 school year.

"Our Open House is the best way for young artists and their families to see what makes Chartertech so special," said Principal Brian McGuire. "Chartertech is about creativity, collaboration, and helping each student find their artistic voice in a welcoming, supportive environment."
Admissions staff will also be available to answer questions about the application process and enrollment for the upcoming school year.
Chartertech High School for the Performing Arts, now celebrating over 25 years of inspiring young artists, continues to be a creative home for students from across Atlantic, Cape May, and surrounding counties.
