Cryolab, the UK-based cryogenic equipment specialist, exhibited at ESHRE 2026 at ExCeL London and attended the XVth International Symposium on Spermatology at the University of Birmingham.

WEST SUSSEX, U.K. - s4story -- Specialist supplier of cryogenic equipment and consumables to the IVF, fertility, and andrology sectors, has confirmed its attendance at two of the most significant events in reproductive medicine and sperm biology science in 2026.

At ESHRE 2026 (ExCeL London, 5 to 8 July), Cryolab exhibited at stand D08, presenting the CryoStork dry shipper range, CryoNest liquid nitrogen storage vessel series, CBS DigitCool controlled rate freezers, and cryogenic consumables to visitors from NHS trusts, private fertility clinics, university hospitals, and research institutions across the UK and internationally.

The 2026 ESHRE Annual Meeting marks Paul Hague's 42nd consecutive attendance at the event, having been present at every ESHRE Annual Meeting since the founding event in Bonn in 1985.

Paul Hague commented: "ESHRE has grown from a small gathering of specialists into the central forum for reproductive medicine in Europe. What has not changed in 42 years is the fundamental purpose: people who care about outcomes for patients, comparing notes, challenging assumptions, and raising the standard of what is possible. That is still what you find at the meeting, and it is still why it matters."

Cryolab also attended the XVth International Symposium on Spermatology at the University of Birmingham (29 July to 2 August 2026) as a sponsor. The ISS is held every four years and has been running since 1969; the 2026 edition is the first time in the symposium's history that the United Kingdom has served as host country. The event is chaired by Professor Jackson Kirkman-Brown MBE of the University of Birmingham.

The four-day programme covered spermatogenesis and genetics, ejaculation and the fertilisation environment, sperm function, and broader questions in sperm biology, drawing researchers from human reproductive medicine, mammalian biology, agricultural science, and marine biology.

Hague added: "When I attended my first ESHRE in Bonn in 1985, IVF was new. The clinical infrastructure for embryo and sperm cryopreservation was being built from scratch. The equipment, the protocols, the regulatory frameworks: all of it has developed enormously since then. Cryolab has been part of that development, and events like ESHRE and the Spermatology Symposium are where that development is still happening."

Cryolab's product range covers every stage of the cryogenic workflow in a fertility or andrology laboratory, from liquid nitrogen storage vessels and dry shippers through to controlled rate freezers, cryogenic consumables, and sperm analysis equipment. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and operates as the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor for CryoBioSystems. Standard UK stock items are typically delivered next day.
