BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - s4story -- Curran Young Construction was recognized with six prestigious awards at the 2025 Lee Building Industry Association (BIA) Industry Awards, celebrating excellence in design, construction and innovation across Southwest Florida.

  • Best Multi-Story: Siesta Lakes – Siesta Lakes is an $85 million, 412-unit Class A residential rental community in Cape Coral featuring nine four-story buildings, a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse, pet care center and sport courts. Nestled on a 26-acre site between two canals, the development offers spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom units with water views.
  • Best Restaurant: Harborside at South Seas – Harborside at South Seas Resort underwent a $2.85 million renovation to create an upscale waterfront dining experience with a formal Italian steakhouse-inspired design. The project merged four dining rooms into an open-concept space while preserving many of the preexisting core wood structures to help save costs.
  • Best Clubhouse: Terreno Clubhouse – The Terreno Amenity Campus features a 20,693-square-foot clubhouse designed with sophisticated architecture, high ceilings and modern finishes, creating a premier community hub. Highlights include a sprawling outdoor pool, event lawn and a pool bar offering elevated dining within the luxury campus.
  • Best Restaurant: Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux – Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is a $3.8 million, 8,860-square-foot Cajun-inspired sports bar designed to bring Louisiana charm to Cape Coral. The project features indoor and outdoor seating, stylish décor and more than 60 high-definition TVs for an elevated sports viewing experience.
  • Best Improvements/Renovations: Copperleaf – The Copperleaf Golf Club renovation and expansion transformed the clubhouse and pool café into a 36,691-square-foot destination with enhanced amenities. Upgrades include a new 5,000-square-foot pool café with outdoor bar and lounge, expanded clubhouse dining, state-of-the-art kitchen and improved back-of-house spaces.
  • Best Website: curranyoung.com – The website delivers a sleek, user-friendly experience that highlights the company's portfolio and expertise. Featuring intuitive navigation and engaging visuals, the site reflects Curran Young's commitment to innovation and client-focused service.
