HOLLYWOOD, Fla. - s4story -- Producer, musician, and mix engineer David Anthony joins forces with artist, producer, and content creator Dillio to release "Our Love," a new Afro House interpretation of a song that originally appeared on Dillio's album.
The collaboration began through mutual collaborator Kboogie, who introduced the two artists. A shared passion for music production, technology, and studio culture quickly led to creative conversations and eventually a musical partnership. With Dillio contributing songwriting and vocals and David Anthony bringing his extensive experience in dance music production, the pair found a natural creative chemistry.
Originally released in an R&B format, "Our Love" immediately stood out to David Anthony as a song with strong crossover potential. Inspired by the emotional message, memorable melody, and soulful vocal performance, he reimagined the track through the lens of Afro House, increasing the tempo and building an energetic groove around the song's core message.

Built on rhythmic Afro-inspired percussion, uplifting melodies, and rich vocal harmonies, the track blends elements of Afro House, Afrobeat, and R&B into a feel-good listening experience. "What drew me to the song was how naturally the melody and lyrics fit within an Afro House framework," says David Anthony. "The original version already had a strong emotional foundation. We wanted to preserve that feeling while creating something that would connect with listeners on the dance floor."
For Dillio, the project offered an opportunity to hear his songwriting take on a completely new form.
"Watching the song evolve into an Afro House record was exciting because it opened the story to a new audience," says Dillio. "The message remained the same, but the energy became something entirely different."
