Thirteen writers share letters to the inner child—with plain steps for healing, conversation, and community use.

STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. - s4story -- Dear Black Woman Media announces the release of Dear Black Woman: Honoring Our Inner Child with Love, Compassion, and Triumph, a national anthology of letters written by Black women to their younger selves—and to readers who need clear language for hard truths.

The book blends story with practice. Each chapter closes with prompts and next steps that help readers ask for help, set boundaries, forgive themselves, and build daily routines that support peace. It suits individual reading and group dialogue in book clubs, faith communities, counseling programs, schools, and workplace ERGs.
