Ann Marie Baker has been named President, Nick Nagle has been named Vice President, and Thomas Villane will continue with the firm as Managing Partner. After more than 30 years of leadership, Villane leaves the role of President, having helped shape Design 446 into one of New Jersey's most respected marketing and creative agencies.
