COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 1, 2023 ~ Earthfirst® Biopolymer Films, a global manufacturer of biopolymer EarthFirst® compostable films, has announced the appointment of Tim Harper as their new Chief Science Officer (CSO). In his role, Tim will be responsible for leading the company's global new product development and championing science and engineering platforms.

Michael DuFrayne, President and Chief Executive Officer of Earthfirst® Films, expressed his confidence in Tim's extensive experience in product development and technology projects. He said that with Tim's addition to the team, their portfolio expansion is in good hands.

Tim Harper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville and has spent twenty years in R&D with Amcor. He has successfully led Product Development teams and participated in industry events for fostering knowledge.
