NEWARK, N.J. - s4story -- Anna D. Banks, Founder and Managing Director of Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc., and Monique M. Lewis, President of MML Consulting Group, LLC®, attended Leadership Newark's Board Match & Connect Dinner Night at Fernandes Steakhouse II in Newark.

Banks and Lewis both serve as officers and board members of the East Orange Chamber of Commerce. Their participation reflected a shared commitment to expanding service, strengthening civic engagement, and supporting nonprofit organizations throughout Essex County.

Hosted by Leadership Newark, the event connected nonprofit organizations seeking board members with business owners, professionals, and community leaders interested in meaningful board service. Attendees met nonprofit representatives, learned about organizational missions, and explored ways to contribute leadership, strategy, professional experience, and community insight.
