These high-profile hires, outlined below, all filled newly formed roles at Electives.
Courtney Broderick, Director of Enterprise Partnerships
For more than a decade, Courtney Broderick has been recognized as a top performer within SaaS sales and as a leader that helps businesses solve big problems. At Electives, Broderick is developing strategic partnerships with human resources, people operations and DE&I leaders at people-first and mission-based organizations to deliver unforgettable learning experiences to their teams. Prior to joining Electives, Broderick scaled employer partnerships for Handshake, the largest early talent network in the U.S.
Kathy Bryan, EVP, Head of Marketing
With 25 years of full-funnel marketing and communications experience, Kathy Bryan joined Electives to build and scale its brand while creating a demand generation engine designed for accelerated growth. Prior to Electives, Bryan was CMO for Digital Media Solutions (DMS), where she built the corporate marketing team from scratch and supported the growth of DMS from startup stage to north of $400MM in annual revenue. Bryan was part of the executive leadership team that took DMS public during 2020 and achieved a spot on the Inc. 250 Best-Led Companies of 2021 list.

Dimitar Goranov, Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Software Engineer
Joining the team with two decades of software engineering experience, Dimitar Goranov is responsible for the back-end Amazon AWS Cloud operations and the DevOps process at Electives. In addition to experience across a long list of programming languages and technology frameworks, Goranov brings strong architecture and development expertise for cloud-based, distributed systems and business applications within Amazon AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Monica Noll, Director of Learning Experience, Learning Programs
After 14 years at Kaplan, Monica Noll joined the Electives team in August to build cohort-based learning tracks designed to support the inclusive leadership needs of today's people-first companies. With experience spanning learning and development, product management and learning experience design, Noll enjoys leveraging innovative technology to build inclusive learning products and promote big change.
"From the very beginning, co-founder Krikor [Dzeronian] and I agreed we would need to recruit amazing people from various industries to create the best learning platform, and we are so proud to see the quality of leaders making the decision to join our team," commented Jason Lavender, Electives CEO.
