This year the conference is taking place in coordination with the open ceremonies for the African Center of Excellence (ACE) in Bioinformatics and Data Intensive Sciences in Uganda. ACE is a research and training collaborative established by NIAID in partnership with public and private industry partners to deliver high-performance computing infrastructure and training to capable research and academic institutions in Africa.
