Wohlgelernter, who serves as Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, was recognized for his longtime civic leadership, which includes bringing a focus on vulnerable populations and accessible justice, as he leads the association's 12,000 members. CSPA also cited Wohlgelernter's dedication to SeniorLaw Center, where he supports pro bono legal services for Pennsylvania's indigent elderly.
