LONDON - s4story -- FLO Vortex returns on 25 February 2026 with a night of powerful spoken-word at House of MOBO

FLO Vortex, one of the UK's longest-running spoken word and poetry platforms, returns for its first event of 2026 at a new venue in South London.
The event will take place at House of MOBO, bringing together emerging and established poets for an evening of bold storytelling, lyrical performance and community connection.
Founded in 2014 by Natalie Stewart -Maddix, also known as Floacist, FLO Vortex has hosted hundreds of poets from across the UK and beyond and has become a respected platform within the British and US spoken-word scene. The organisation is also home to the FLO Poet Collective and continues to support artists through mentoring, education, theatre and music initiatives.
The February event marks a fresh chapter for FLO Vortex, opening the year in a new creative space while continuing its commitment to nurturing authentic voices and building opportunities for poets at every stage of their journey.
