Florida Trust celebrates sponsorship of successful Rotary Arts & Crafts Festival

SANIBEL ISLAND, Fla. - s4story -- Florida Trust Wealth Management applauds the success of the 43rd Annual Sanibel‑Captiva Rotary Club Arts & Crafts Festival, held Feb. 14 and 15 at the Sanibel Community House. The beloved island tradition once again brought together more than 100 of the nation's top artists, thousands of visitors and strong philanthropic spirit, culminating in an event that raised tens of thousands of dollars in support of Rotary‑led charitable initiatives.
This year's festival continued its legacy as one of Southwest Florida's premier juried art shows, having grown from humble beginnings as a pancake breakfast more than 40 years ago. Visitors experienced a tree‑lined outdoor gallery of fine art, 3‑D works, photography, jewelry, glass, sculpture and wearable art – each piece crafted and curated by distinguished artists from across the country.

Inside the Sanibel Community House, guests bid enthusiastically on the festival's renowned silent auction, featuring more than 200 donated pieces of art, dining certificates, travel packages and other high‑value items –the largest collection in the event's history. The charitable impact of these contributions helps fuel Rotary's support for essential community needs, including hurricane recovery efforts, youth programs, local nonprofits, educational initiatives, environmental protection, health services and global humanitarian projects.
"As a financial institution deeply rooted in community partnership, Florida Trust Wealth Management is honored to stand alongside the Rotary Club in supporting an event that enriches the island culturally, economically and philanthropically," said Jeff Muddell, MBA, CFP, Sanibel president of Florida Trust Wealth Management. "The turnout and generosity this year demonstrate once again how committed our community is to supporting meaningful, long‑term impact."

Attendance again exceeded expectations, drawing more than 7,000 visitors throughout the weekend – many of them long‑time attendees who consider the festival the highlight of the President's Day holiday on Sanibel.
The Rotary Club extended appreciation to all sponsors and supporters whose contributions ensured a successful and impactful festival weekend. Florida Trust Wealth Management is honored to be among those sponsors and continues its commitment to the well‑being and revitalization of Sanibel and Captiva.
