According to sources, Cowell underwent a five-hour surgery that included several fusions and placing a metal rod in his back. As sales continue to skyrocket for FLX during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Cowell's accident serves as a good safety reminder to e-bike customers. Cowell urges fans via his Twitter account to, "read the manual BEFORE you ride your bike for the first time!"
