For International Kissing Day: Here is a piece of sculpture by Robert M. Barrows called "Kiss Me, I'm The Frog Prince. We'll try Again!"

S For Story/10695350
So...for International Kissing Day...The Question is:
How many frogs have you kissed that didn't exactly turn out to be a Prince? A few? Many? Too Many? And, pardon my asking…but do you also remember your first, real kiss? (Of course you do.) Where was it? When was it, and with whom? And when was the next real kiss? And when was your last real kiss? And of course, who was the best kisser, and who was the worst kisser? And whom do you wish you hadn't kissed at all?

SAN MATEO, Calif. - s4story -- And, whom do you wish you could have kissed?

These are some of the questions you might think about for International Kissing Day (July 6th) and during every day of the year.

NOW…BACK TO THE SCULPTURE:

The Frog Prince sculpture is in Alabaster ( 9"h x 7"w x 7" deep)
and it is one of several pieces of sculpture I have done along a "Love Theme."

Some of the other sculptures I have done along a love theme are called "The Girl Next Door," "The Girl with the Heart-shaped Legs," "Dance with
Me," "Adam and Eve," "Toujours L'amour" and "Prom Date."

You can see some of these sculptures at www.barrows.com/gallery.html

And…on the subject of love and romance, you can see some Love Poems I wrote (and also some not exactly love poems) in some books I wrote called "Crazy Robert's Poems and Potential Song Lyrics," "Crazy Robert's More Great Poems and Potential Song Lyrics,"  and "Crazy Robert's Third Great Book of Poems and Potential Song Lyrics" that you can download for a dollar each on Amazon.

And for International Kissing Day, here is a poem I wrote about kissing a woman who turned out to be a robot.

"ROBOT LOVE"
Copyright 2010, Robert M. Barrows

I didn't know she was a robot until I kissed her.
You couldn't tell by the tongue action,
but she clearly didn't have a heartbeat and she
didn't even have to breathe.

It felt a little bit like necrophilia,
but that didn't mean she was dead…
far from it.

This robot was built for pleasure,
but that didn't mean she was easy, too.
This one could play hard to get if she wanted to,
and even if she never got tired,
she was programmed to stop after the passion died down.
Did I really fall in love with a robot?

So, have a very Happy International Kissing Day and who knows, maybe the next time you kiss a Frog, maybe it will actually turn into a Prince or a Princess!
