Reimagined dinner service lets guests mix and match premium proteins and chef-crafted sides, beginning June 18.
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - s4story -- Ford's Colony Country Club will unveil a new steakhouse-inspired menu at the Colony Room beginning Thursday, June 18. The refreshed dinner menu pairs a build-your-own approach to proteins and sides with a lineup of composed entrees, giving guests the flexibility to dine exactly how they like.
At the heart of the menu is the new "Off the Grill" selection, where guests choose from a 14 oz. ribeye, 7 oz. filet, 12 oz. New York strip, duck, or a 14 oz. center-cut pork chop, each served with a choice of house sauce, including red wine, brandy peppercorn, truffle aioli, lemon butter, or hollandaise. A la carte additions such as a butter-poached lobster tail, seared Atlantic salmon, and lump crab cake let diners customize every plate, rounded out by shareable sides like lobster mac and cheese, truffle fries, cheddar heritage grits, and crispy Brussels sprouts.
