CHICAGO - s4story -- Forum Extended Care Services has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Illinois, marking the sixth consecutive year the organization has received the honor.
Presented by Workforce Research Group in partnership with Daily Herald Suburban Business, the Best Places to Work in Illinois program recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence in workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Winners are selected through an evaluation process that includes both employer assessments and employee feedback.
The recognition underscores Forum's ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace built on collaboration, trust, professional growth, and service excellence.
"Being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois for six consecutive years is an honor," said Brian Kramer, President of Forum Extended Care Services. "This recognition reflects the workplace our team has built together—one rooted in how we work together, remain accountable, and share a commitment to doing what's right for our clients and each other. Our incredible staff is the reason we've earned this recognition year after year, and we're proud of the environment we've created together."

Since first earning the recognition in 2021, Forum has been named one of Illinois' Best Places to Work every year the award has been presented. The six-year milestone reflects Forum's continued commitment to its team members and the culture that supports both staff and the clients they serve.
Forum provides pharmacy services and clinical support to long-term care, assisted living, post-acute care, and developmental disability providers throughout Illinois and neighboring states. The organization believes that investing in staff creates a stronger workplace and ultimately leads to better service for the clients and communities it serves.
The 2026 Best Places to Work in Illinois honorees were recognized during an awards program hosted by Daily Herald Suburban Business on May 7 in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Honorees will also be featured in a special statewide publication celebrating this year's recipients.
