OLD GLOUCESTER STREET, England - Oct. 16, 2018 - s4story -- German mother Simone Hill, was given the unenviable task of helping her son Kevin, with his school homework to learn English.

She believed the best way for him to learn was to read native English books, however she was unable to find any books that he liked.

Simone says "We could not find anything which sparked his interest. He likes to watch the TV show Top Gear and The Grand Tour (both of which are shown in Germany). So I decided to take the main characters and to put them into a little adventure with some stick men cartoons to jazz it all up."

Unbelievably this lead to a feature length story featuring over 120 hand drawn cartoons.

It was only later that Simone wondered if it could be published. She approached several publishes including L.R. Price Publications which is based in the UK.

This lead to months of discussion during which Simone even flew to London to meet the publishing house's managing editor Russell Spencer, who agreed to publish the book.

Russell said "The book is fantastic. 100% pure love has gone into creating it. After meeting Simone and her son Kevin and seeing what she had made we really had no option but to publish. It is a beautiful book."

The book will be published under its full title: The Unofficial and Totally Made Up Stick Men Adventures of Three Men in Cars Completely Un-Endorsed by The Grand Tour or its Presenters and will be available to buy from November 2018.
