GiGi McCourt to Release New Single and Official Music Video "Take It Back" on Friday, June 26
S For Story/10696066
NEW YORK - s4story -- Singer-songwriter GiGi McCourt will release her new single, "Take It Back," along with its official music video on Friday, June 26.
The release follows McCourt's debut album, Coming Back to Me, produced by Roger Greenawalt and now available on all major streaming platforms. With "Take It Back," McCourt continues to expand the emotional and visual world she has been building through her music, pairing intimate songwriting with cinematic storytelling.
Written and performed by GiGi McCourt, "Take It Back" explores memory, emotional distance, reflection, and the complicated moment when a feeling, a choice, or a relationship can no longer be undone. The song continues McCourt's signature style: personal, direct, emotionally layered, and rooted in the experience of looking back while trying to move forward.
The official music video for "Take It Back" is directed and edited by Laure Sullivan, with cinematography by Paul Wilson and production by Conor McCourt. The video marks another visual chapter for McCourt, following the releases connected to Coming Back to Me, including "Shallow Water," "Anymore, Anymore," and "2nd & 2nd."
