PLYMOUTH, Mass. - s4story -- Isabella Rose announced that On the Other Side of Grief, an international anthology project, is seeking additional contributing authors from to share personal stories of loss, healing, and resilience. The collection, the first in a planned "On the Other Side" series, will feature 50 stories and essays from contributors who have navigated grief and discovered hope beyond their darkest moments. Grief is a universal human experience that transcends geographic boundaries," Rose said. "This anthology will serve as a beacon of hope for readers everywhere who are experiencing their darkest days, showing them there is a path through and beyond grief."
Open Call for Contributors
Writers from all backgrounds and locations are encouraged to participate, as the project aims to represent diverse experiences and perspectives from communities throughout the world. Writers will submit 1,500- to 2,000-word pieces after registering as contributing authors. A $97 submission fee helps cover production and marketing costs to ensure the anthology reaches readers who need support most.
Building Community Through Shared Stories
Beyond creating a literary collection, the project aims to build community among both contributing authors and readers through online forums where participants can share experiences, offer support, and connect with others who understand the journey through grief and healing. The anthology will provide comfort and guidance to readers navigating their own grief journeys while fostering connections between those who have shared similar experiences of loss and recovery across different communities and cultures.
"This collection will explore many aspects of grief and offer collective testimony that healing is attainable," Rose said. "Together, we will show there is light on the other side of grief, regardless of where we come from."
Author Benefits and Support
Contributing authors will receive submission guidelines, access to both author and reader communities, and marketing support for the finished anthology. The project timeline and publication details will be provided to registered contributors.
