JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - s4story -- Global Leadership Academy – Discovery celebrated a major milestone for its students and the Arlington community with the official grand opening and ribbon cutting of its new $2.5 million athletic field on the school's campus at 8985 Lone Star Road.

The event brought together students, families, school leadership, and community members to mark the completion of the new athletic facility. The celebration included a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by the first game played on the field, creating an exciting and memorable evening for attendees.

The new field represents a significant investment in student opportunities, providing a dedicated space for athletics, physical education, school events, and community gatherings.

Students from Global Leadership Academy ran onto the field for the first time as part of the celebration, marking the beginning of a new chapter for athletics at the school. The field will support multiple sports programs and allow the campus to host games, tournaments, and community events.
