Since 1964 victors at Martinsville have not earned just any trophy; a stately grandfather clock sits waiting in the winner's circle. With the closure of the trophy clock's original maker, Ridgeway (a subsidiary of Howard Miller), Hermle North America is proud to keep this unique racing tradition alive for generations to come.

The clock cabinets will be produced in Hermle North America's Amherst, Virginia production plant only two hours away from the Martinsville Speedway - keeping the clocks in Virginia from start to finish. Precision made clock movements will be provided by Hermle's German headquarters - similar to Ridgeway's deal with Hermle at various times over the years.
