Enjoy Live Music and Family Activities, including an egg hunt
HONOLULU - s4story -- Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa will celebrate Easter with a festive brunch buffet on Sunday, April 5, 2026, featuring a wide selection of breakfast and lunch favorites, family-friendly activities and live local music.
Reservations are available from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with the buffet open until 2:30 p.m. The holiday brunch will take place in the resort's third-floor Grand Ballroom.
Guests will enjoy a variety of traditional brunch dishes and island-inspired specialties, including slow-roasted prime rib, crab legs, made to order omelets and assorted poke. Additional buffet offerings include island mixed greens, fresh-cut fruits and berries, ahi sashimi, cocktail shrimp, crab-crusted fresh catch and mixed seafood chowder. A waffle station and a selection of fresh desserts will round out the menu.

"Our Easter brunch is designed to bring people together over great food while celebrating the flavors of Hawaii," said Eric Hanano, director of culinary experience at the resort. "We're excited to offer a menu that blends classic brunch favorites with local seafood and island specialties, creating a memorable holiday experience for families and visitors alike."
In addition to the buffet, the celebration will include live music from local artists throughout the afternoon. Keiki are invited to participate in an Easter egg hunt, and the Easter Bunny will be available for photos.
Brunch is priced at $79 for guests ages 13 and older and $40 for children ages 12 and under. Children under 3 dine free.
Valet parking is available onsite for $3 for up to three hours with validation during the event.
