TROY, N.Y. - s4story -- I recently had the opportunity to sell one of the more unique properties I've worked with - a historic home in Melrose, NY, originally built in 1878 and set on 24.71 acres.

With over 4,000 square feet of living space, the home offered a rare blend of original character and modern updates. From its size to its setting, it was the kind of property that stands out, but also one that requires the right buyer and the right strategy to bring everything together.

And this one was a journey.
