MISSION VIEJO, Calif. - s4story -- HLN Consulting has named Lilly Kan as its first Chief Executive Officer. She will begin in the role full-time on January 1, 2027.

Kan brings deep experience working with public health agencies and their partners. She was a senior director at the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) before joining The Pew Charitable Trusts. After a role at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), she became an independent consultant in 2025.

As CEO, Kan will take over leadership, strategic direction, and daily operations. She will work closely with HLN's Management Team to support current clients and look for new ways to grow the business.

Dr. Arzt will remain President and will support Kan and the Management Team through the transition.
