s4story -- The 18th annual Hola México Film Festival, presented by the Toyota All-Electric Family, is pleased to announce the Los Angeles, California premiere and red-carpet event for the concert film by the Mexican rock band Zoé: MEMOREX + REXSEXEX Y MÁS.
Directed by Rodrigo Guardiola and produced by Olmo Guerra, the film will be screened on Saturday, September 26, at The Montalbán theater in Hollywood (1615 Vine St, Hollywood, CA 90028).
Zoé premieres MEMOREX + REXSEXEX Y MÁS, a concert film that, in addition to capturing the emotional intensity of those unforgettable nights, offers a glimpse into the band's creative and human process.
Six concerts at Mexico City's GNP Stadium, a collective audience of more than 380,000. What unfolded over those six nights was far more than an unprecedented record for Mexican rock; it was a historic, intimate encounter between a band that has sound tracked entire universes and a multigenerational fan base—more devoted than ever. This is the story of the energy that pulsed through the stage and what remains etched in the hearts of the fans.
Directed by Rodrigo Guardiola and set to screen exclusively at Cinemex theaters, the film captures in epic fashion the connection Zoé has built with millions of people throughout more than two decades of their career. It combines the power of their live performances with intimate moments involving the band, as well as displays of affection and euphoria from their fans. Together, these elements create a unique portrait and offer a different perspective into the world of Zoé.
