Designed to support proactive maintenance and improve defect detection, IRIS combines high-performance imaging, adaptive illumination and enhanced rotary viewing capabilities to help users identify wear, damage and contamination with greater confidence. At its core, iNSPECT 3.0 features 4K ultra-high-definition imaging with HDR technology, delivering exceptional clarity, improved detail capture and enhanced visibility on reflective surfaces. A 20:1 optical zoom enables seamless switching between overview and detailed inspection, while auto-detect bayonet lenses simplify setup through automatic magnification and calibration adjustments. Adaptive illumination, including quadrant ring, UV, panel and substage lighting, ensures defects, textures and contaminants can be identified across complex tooling geometries. Adjustable lighting angles further enhance visibility on curved and intricate surfaces.
