Impact Futures Group (IFG), the UK's leading training provider for the critical sectors of health, social care, childcare, early years, education and youth services is delighted to announce its acquisition of ABM Training Ltd.
BIRMINGHAM, U.K. - s4story -- An approved apprenticeship provider, ABM Training delivers health, social care, childcare and early years apprenticeships in the South East, with circa 600 apprentices on programme.
This acquisition marks another significant step in the mission of Impact Futures Group to build the leading provider of apprenticeships to Britain's critical service sectors. The acquisition of ABM further strengthens its presence in the health and social care market, to which its Tend Training ™ brand delivers.
It follows the strategic acquisition of Captiva Learning in August of this year.
Impact Futures Group was recently recognised by Best Companies as an outstanding place to work, ranking as the 6th best education services employer in the UK.
