Total Veteran's 24-month international study reports strong reintegration outcomes across three countries
WEST YORKSHIRE, U.K. - s4story -- London, United Kingdom – Total Veteran today announced the completion of a 24-month international pilot study evaluating the impact of its structured reintegration framework on post-service wellbeing and decision confidence among military veterans.
Conducted between January 2025 and February 1, 2026, the study involved 220 veteran participants across Colombia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The pilot was designed to assess whether a structured reintegration model addressing identity reconstruction, nervous system regulation, and civilian mission design could positively influence subjective wellbeing during military-to-civilian transition.
Participants completed the structured Total Veteran programme, which integrates guided reflective exercises, regulation training, behavioural structuring tools, and peer accountability systems. Pre- and post-programme self-assessment measures were collected alongside structured qualitative feedback.

Aggregated findings indicate that 96% of participants reported measurable improvements in perceived wellbeing and overall life satisfaction over the duration of the programme. Participants also reported increases in decision clarity, internal confidence, and sense of personal direction.
Qualitative analysis revealed recurring themes including increased self-trust, improved emotional stability, reduced transition-related uncertainty, and enhanced ability to independently structure civilian goals and routines.
The pilot was not designed as a clinical intervention trial. However, findings suggest that approaching military transition as a structural reintegration process rather than solely an employment or symptom-management issue may meaningfully strengthen perceived agency during the post-service period.
Full longitudinal analysis and extended outcome reporting are currently being prepared.
