FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - s4story -- Calder Capital, a nationwide mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Jeffrey Animal Hospital of Farmington Hills, Michigan, by Associated Veterinary Partners ("AVP") of Jersey City, New Jersey.
Founded in 1984, Jeffrey Animal Hospital is a trusted veterinary provider serving the greater metro Detroit area. Brad and Joann engaged Calder Capital's Sell-Side team to identify the right partner to carry the business forward.
Jeffrey Animal Hospital's engagement led to Calder Capital's Sell-Side team marketing and advising the sale of the business to Associated Veterinary Partners.
