Sandbox Studio South is proud to kick-off Season 2 of its highly touted Sandbox Sessions with Joe Gransden
ALPHARETTA, Ga. - s4story -- Sandbox Sessions is an intimate series of live streamed concerts, performed in front of a live studio audience, in the stunning Sandbox Studio South. Season 2, Episode 1 will feature Atlanta recording artist Joe Gransden presenting the Music of Tony Bennett.
Joe Gransden has performed worldwide and released 19 CDs under his own name. Renowned first for the hard bop approach of his trumpet, Gransden's singing voice has been compared to that of Chet Baker and Frank Sinatra.
Smokey Robinson says:
"Joe has an innate ability to connect with an audience. His singing and trumpet playing are world class. Throw in his 16 piece big band and you have something very special!"
In Sandbox Sessions S2E1 on March 28th, 2026 at 8:00PM, Joe will present a selection of Tony Bennett hits in tribute to what would have been Tony's 100th birthday. The show will be captured in front of a live studio audience and broadcast with brilliant 4K video and digitally mixed audio.

Jeff Pike is an Atlanta-based recording artist (www.jeffpike.com) largely known for his Jimmy Buffet style band A1A, founded in 1992. In this episode of Sandbox Sessions, Jeff will feature music from his latest album release, "Right Where I Am", that was recorded with Gino Vannelli and features an introspective departure from A1A style music and speaks to strength, perseverance, and the comforting power of music.
Episode 4 is currently being booked for early August, 2026.
