Rachel DeAlto, a nationally recognized keynote speaker, author, and communication expert, is now speaking and operating professionally under her name Rachel Mahoney.  Mahoney is her husband Kevin's last name. This is a personal decision she's been sitting with for years and is finally making official. The transition marks a new chapter for the speaker, who has spent more than a decade helping leaders and organizations build stronger human connection, communicate more effectively, and create cultures of belonging.

Rachel Mahoney, formerly known as Rachel DeAlto, is an American keynote speaker based in New Jersey. She is the author of The Relatable Leader: Create a Culture of Connection and relatable: How to Connect with Anyone Anywhere (Even if It Scares You). She holds a Juris Doctor and a Master's in Psychology, and has earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation through the National Speakers Association — a credential held by fewer than 2% of professional speakers worldwide.
