KingArts now represents globally renowned artist Ross Rossin
S For Story/10683327
ATLANTA - s4story -- Art consultancy and artist management firm KingArts is now representing portrait artist and contemporary painter Ross Rossin. Rossin joins Tom Gilleon, painter of the American West, and Rusty Yates, nature photographer, as KingArts' third exclusive artist in representation.
Bulgarian-born and Atlanta-based, Rossin is a classically trained artist with international acclaim. With extensive experience in large-scale hyperrealistic portraiture, Ross has built a lasting legacy as a keen observer of human character and psychology in his hundreds of sitters – among which are President Jimmy Carter and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Rossin has more portraits in the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery than any other living artist. His work also belongs to a range of other prestigious collections such as the Booth Western Art Museum. In recent years, Rossin began exploring a more theatrical, provocative perspective of his models and developed a contemporary collection of new works which exude a boldness rooted in a surrealist, mythologizing aesthetic approach. He continues to explore this modernized take on his fascination with the human figure. In his own words, "paintings are interface between physical and non-physical worlds."

The KingArts x Rossin partnership has been multiple years in the making. KingArts was established with a vision of being a luxury art advisory and marketplace dedicated to delivering strategic opportunities to world-class artists, collectors, and galleries. Founder and CEO Richard King, aims to offer "the royal treatment," to his clients and collaborators. Driven by an acute curatorial eye and high level of expertise across his small but powerful team, he is thrilled about the new partnership with Rossin, stating "KingArts is incredibly honored to announce its exclusive representation of Rossin's contemporary portraits and modern paintings. Ross's immigrant story to the United States is a hero story of the American Dream. He and his wife Ava are just world class human beings and immensely talented artists. We began collaborating with Rossin a few years ago to imagine a new contemporary approach alongside his hyperrealistic portraits that he's so famous for. And boy did we tap into a deep reservoir of creativity! KingArts provides the business support to Rossin's artistry very similar to our methodology accelerating the brand of master painter and former Walt Disney Imagineer, Tom Gilleon, in Montana. We are now developing long term relationships with prestigious contemporary art galleries to exhibit Rossin's new works for sale."
