LOUISVILLE, Ky. - s4story -- Louisville, KY — More than 60 leaders from healthcare, nonprofit, corporate, housing, education, and workforce sectors gathered for Live2Lead: Resilience in Action — A Leadership Luncheon Experience, hosted by Gifted By Design Leadership & Consulting.

The convening positioned resilience not as a soft skill, but as a structural leadership competency required to navigate workforce fatigue, economic volatility, health disparities, and culture strain heading into 2026.

Through a licensed simulcast partnership with Maxwell Leadership, attendees engaged nationally recognized leadership content, followed by local executive dialogue led by regional leaders and subject-matter experts, including:

• Renee Murphy, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Norton Healthcare, addressing leadership communication and community trust in complex health systems.

The experience also featured a Leadership Lounge designed to strengthen regional leadership ecosystems.
